How do I turn on closed captioning on imagineNATIVE’s virtual screening platform (Eventive Virtual)?

To turn on closed captions on our virtual screening platform, click or touch anywhere on the media player to bring up the status bar. Click the gear shaped icon in the bottom right corner of the media player and select the desired language from the Subtitles menu.

Captions are not compatible with casting, and will not appear on your TV screen. To watch a film with captions on a television, try connecting a computer to the television with an HDMI cable or use the Eventive TV app if you have a Roku, Firestick, or Apple TV.
