
Mawtini (My Homeland)
A young Palestinian woman and an Indigenous Elder start a guerilla garden on the lawn of their shared apartment building and battle middle management to make it to harvest. Fateema Al-Hamaydeh Miller is a Palestinian filmmaker based in Tkaronto. Her work explores fragmented identity and grief with a lighthearted touch.
