Once you have registered for an account by purchasing tickets on our website you will be sent a receipt, access code, and additional information to that email address registered with that account. To change information in your account, you will need to log in to your Elevent account.

Once you are logged in to your account, you can access your profile account by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner, and then “account” on the dropdown. Then there is an option on the left-hand side of the profile labelled “Edit Profile” which will allow you to update your email, password, and more. 

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “forgot password” under the sign-in option.
