Do I have to be Indigenous to submit? What if some members of my production team are non-Indigenous?

Yes, we require the director to be Indigenous, as well as the writer and/or producer to be Indigenous. Please review our Artistic Policies for more information.

Joint creative positions may be considered with additional clarification. Indigenous artists must be in a co-key creative role as per imagineNATIVE’s Artistic Policy guidelines, and hold a strong artistic voice in the finished project.
