Pauline Clague is a Yaegl woman from North Coast NSW and has worked as a storyteller and producer in film and television for over 30 years. She is currently the Associate Professor, Cultural Resilience Hub for the Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research at the University of Technology Sydney.

Pauline has been a driving force in the creation and sustainability of platforms for Indigenous voices in the Australian screen and television industry. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Winda Film Festival in Sydney and is the co-creator of NativeSLAM, a 72-hour Indigenous film challenge held at Māoriland Film Festival in Ōtaki. Pauline is an innovator who has engaged in leading communities to strengthen their voices through the medium of screen and story. She is currently completing a feature documentary, Colleano Heart and a feature drama, Promise Mum.

Pauline produced Round Up, which won Best Short at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in 1997 and a Dendy Ethnic Award in 1996. Her film Box won the Golden Gate Award in 1999. Pauline won the Stanley Hawes Award in 2015 for her contribution to Australian documentaries and she was recognized as the 2020 Natalie Miller Fellow.
